  Tales of Expulsion is a series of four drawings on paper. They are based on stories of forest fires, tribal history, mythological texts by Wendy Doniger and Roberto Calasso; Truffaut's movie - Fahrenheit 451 and also news reports. There are also manipulated versions of characters from Indian painting, Company school paintings, encyclopaedia illustrations etc; leading to the formation of multifaceted dystopian landscapes of macabre and exploitation. The intention is to develop allegories reminiscent of historical fiction.
